India has overcome the problem of 'brain drain', says Manmohan Singh
"India’s education goal should be to create as many university graduates as possible. Everybody from auto rickshaw drivers to farmers to truck drivers to street food sellers to bank clerks to shop assistants should have a bachelor’s degree. Education will only upgrade India’s human resources. In USA, about 20-30% of Americans are college and university graduates; and this is one of the strengths of USA. Many of the G7/G8 nations have a highly educated population. You will now realize that India has a long way to go..."
